Zonal Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager Offline to lead and scale offline sales operations across assigned zones. The role demands strong expertise in General Trade, Distributor Management, and Retail Channel Sales within the Consumer Electronics sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive zonal sales performance through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of offline sales strategies.
- Manage and grow distributor and dealer networks across the assigned zone.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and revenue objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional / Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
- Strengthen presence in General Trade, MBOs, LFRs, and key retail outlets
- Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches in coordination with marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
- Ensure effective inventory management, secondary sales, and timely collections.
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, channel partners, and large retailers.
- Provide regular MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in offline sales within the Consumer Electronics industry only.
- Strong exposure to General Trade, Distributor-led sales, and Retail Channel Management.
- Proven experience managing large geographies and zonal-level responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling PAN-India or multi-state sales operations.
- Strong understanding of consumer demand, retail dynamics, and channel economics.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills.
