Role Overview:
The Strategy & Reports function supports the CEO and leadership team by structuring information, analysing data, and converting insights into actionable strategic recommendations. The role requires strong analytical thinking, clarity in documentation, and the ability to translate scattered information into high-quality briefs and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured strategy documents, concept notes, and briefs across multiple business verticals.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and review decks.
- Analyse business data, market inputs, and operational insights to support decision-making.
- Track KPIs, milestones, and cross-vertical performance dashboards.
- Assist in long-term planning and strategy formulation for new initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather information, validate inputs, and ensure accuracy.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical and business writing skills.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, planning, or research roles preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and produce clean, structured outputs.
Research & Insights:
Role Overview:
The Research & Insights role supports the organisation with well-structured, reliable information. This includes background research on markets, competitors, stakeholders, and upcoming projects. The role requires curiosity, accuracy, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct company, industry, stakeholder, and competitor research.
- Prepare research summaries, briefing notes, and pre-meeting intelligence documents.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps relevant to the organisations growth.
- Support due-diligence work for partnerships, collaborations, and new projects.
- Maintain a repository of verified information for leadership reference.
