Role Overview


The Personal Branding Strategist partners with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and public figures to define, develop, and strengthen their personal brand across digital platforms. The role combines strategic thinking, storytelling, and content execution to create a strong and authentic digital presence that drives visibility, engagement, and influence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personal branding strategies aligned with individual goals and audience expectations.

- Craft compelling digital storytelling campaigns that reflect the client's personality, expertise, and values.

- Create content strategies tailored for multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as posts, articles, videos, and reels to enhance online engagement.

- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize reach and resonance.

- Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and writers to ensure consistency and quality.

- Manage communication calendars and ensure timely, relevant, and topical content delivery.

- Provide guidance on reputation management, tone of voice, and public positioning.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of digital storytelling and personal branding.

- Proven ability to create authentic, high-impact content that drives organic engagement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align messaging to brand and audience objectives.

- Working knowledge of analytics tools and social media algorithms.

- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Background

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, communications, or PR.

- Prior experience managing personal brands, influencers, or public personalities will be an advantage.
