
About Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant to join our team in India.
This role will focus on supporting pre-sales activities and developing innovative solutions for clients in the asset and wealth management, hedge fund, and broader capital markets industries.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of these industries, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of success in a pre-sales or consulting environment.

Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (preferred).
Experience: 12+ years.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
- Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with detailed and accurate information.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and develop tailored solutions to address specific client challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
- Design and architect solutions that leverage our products and services to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Create and maintain pre-sales collateral, including presentations, demos, and case studies.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for pre-sales activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of asset management, wealth management, and hedge fund business processes, including portfolio management, trading, risk management, compliance, and investor relations.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- MBA or masters degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in a pre-sale, consulting, or solutions engineering role within the asset and
wealth management, hedge fund, or capital markets industries.
- Deep understanding of asset management, wealth management, and/or hedge fund business processes and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology platforms used in the asset management industry
(e.g., portfolio management systems, trading platforms, risk management systems).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
