Persistent is looking out to appoint a strategic leader who comes with strong experience and rolodex in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance Sectors. The candidates should have the operation excellence DNA for seamless delivery of projects. Smart farmer attitude and perseverance to proactively generate additional business from showcasing the delivery excellence. The candidate must have a strong understanding and exposure to the current trends, technologies, knowhow and levers in the BFSI industry.

Responsibilities :

- Should have worked and managed in delivering end-end BFSI products/product services.

- Should be able to understand the lifecycle models, complexities in project/program management

- Should be aware of Current Technology trends in BFSI Industry

- Drive customer satisfaction, practice, revenue & margins.

- Effective execution of the strategies, business compositions at unit level, enabling business growth at unit level, enabling sales, developing teams to deliver world class services/technology solutions to customers within the guidelines, processes and norms of the organization

- Should passively influence the front line business leaders to bring in more business and assist the practice to grow to 100 million USD.

- Establish new domain competencies and unearth new business-adjacency opportunities

- Savvy about operational experience and strong Can-do attitude is essential.

- Manage a large team of delivery organization and multiple accounts spread across different geography

- Ensure seamless execution and on time delivery excellence

- Participation and front ending all key conversations and engagements with end customer

- Should have minimum of 18 to 20 years- experience in BFSI domain/industry along with project and people management

Skills :

- Experience in Banking Products, Application Engineering and Product development is necessary.

- Prior Exposure and experience working at different Geos, APAC, US, Europe - Managing Practice level or BU Level P&L

- Should have a strong stature and rolodex to influence the client.

- Should have a good understanding of delivery and operational efficiency levers

- Should have sound knowledge of financial and legal aspects of contacts.

- Focus on profitable growth of the unit keeping in mind profitability, and responsible for managing the Top and Bottom Line

- Should be able to identify, analyse various key mechanisms to improve internal fulfilment in various account
