Role Overview:

As a Business Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor to our enterprise clients, bridging the gap between complex business challenges and technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product teams, and technical architects to design and implement robust frameworks for fraud prevention and risk mitigation. This role is pivotal in shaping the risk posture of our clients, ensuring that their digital ecosystems remain secure, compliant, and efficient while enabling seamless business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of advanced fraud management and AML strategies to protect client assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that enhance risk analytics capabilities and improve detection accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that address evolving financial crime threats.

- Advise executive leadership on risk strategy, providing clear recommendations that balance operational efficiency with stringent security protocols.

- Drive the adoption of modern fraud analytics tools and methodologies to modernize legacy systems and improve overall risk management performance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive fraud management and anti-money laundering (AML) strategies within large-scale financial environments.

- Strong proficiency in risk analytics and the ability to interpret complex data patterns to inform high-level business decisions.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and driving consensus.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of managing high-stakes consulting engagements for global clients.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Pune, maintaining high levels of collaboration with distributed teams.

- A minimum of 10 to 14 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or specialized risk management roles.

- An advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
