Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Implementation & Execution: Implement and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the assigned state/territory, consistently aligning with the business's share and volume objectives.

- Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement a suitable merchandising strategy for the market, in close consultation with the Marketing and Sales Teams, covering the entire portfolio of products and brands.

- Brand Activation & Promotion: Utilize creative flair to conceptualize and execute best-in-class brand activation campaigns to promote new product launches and boost the image of existing brands.

- Budget Management: Ensure the effective utilization of the allocated marketing budget, undertaking timely course corrections if required to maximize ROI.

- Market Visibility & Prominence: Drive initiatives to ensure optimal visibility of all brands and overall prominence within the assigned market.

- Campaign Management & Coordination: Lead and drive marketing campaigns in close coordination with the sales team, ensuring that targeted scores and objectives are achieved.

- Training & Guidance for 3Ps: Provide timely training and guidance to 3rd Party (3Ps) agencies and execution teams regarding execution metrics to ensure excellence in ground-level implementation.

- Vendor Development & Management: Develop and manage a network of reliable vendors for signage, merchandising equipment, and other marketing collateral needs.

- Promotional Effectiveness & Benchmarking: Work closely with sales teams to assess the effectiveness of consumer promotions, develop appropriate benchmarks, and implement a framework for assessing their impact.

- Financial Administration: Ensure timely settlement of bills with vendors and partners to maintain smooth operations and avoid any market-related issues.

- Data Management & Insights: Oversee data management related to marketing activities, primarily activation scores, and share insights effectively with the sales team, Sales Head, Regional Marketing Manager (RMM), and Region Head (RH).

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in territory/field marketing, brand activation, or trade marketing.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies and driving brand visibility.

- Demonstrated creative flair for developing engaging brand activation campaigns.

- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and execution.

- Excellent budget management skills and experience in tracking marketing ROI.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment, particularly with sales teams.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing.

- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.

- Knowledge of local market nuances and consumer behavior
