Key Responsibilities:

- Service Ownership & Operational Excellence

- Accountable for stable, reliable, and secure operations across all enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.

- Implement robust IT Service Management (ITSM) processes for incident management, change control, and problem resolution.

- Drive proactive monitoring and continuous service improvements for critical enterprise applications.

- Own and manage product roadmap and application lifecycle planning, including upgrades, patches, compliance audits, and end-of-life transitions.

Business Relationship Management:

- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership in business functions using MM, WM, SD, FICO and Manufacturing ensuring IT solutions align with functional needs and business strategies.

- Facilitate regular business reviews to capture evolving requirements, share technology updates, and solicit feedback.

- Foster a collaborative and transparent partnership between IT and business units to maximize business value from technology investments.

Innovation, Automation & Transformation:

- Identify opportunities to drive process automation, data transparency, and self-service capabilities within the enterprise functions.

- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, advanced analytics) where they add measurable business value.

- Evaluate and lead cloud migrations, integration platform adoption (e.g., Boomi), and process reengineering initiatives.

- Lead efforts to harmonize global processes through technology standardization across regions.

Vendor & Partner Management:

- Manage relationships with strategic vendors across the enterprise applications landscape, ensuring strong performance, innovation contributions, and commercial value.

- Establish a structured vendor governance framework, including regular performance reviews, contract negotiations, and joint innovation initiatives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, technology advances, and best practices to continuously evolve the application portfolio.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 15+ years of experience in IT Applications leadership roles, with significant focus on SAP ERP at more strategic initiatives level to managing large programs.

- Demonstrated track record of owning delivery responsibility for SAP MM, SD, PP & QM including SAP FICO (knowledge).

- Strong knowledge of processes (P2P, OTC, R2R) and planning process.

- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or equivalent frameworks.

- Experience with S/4HANA migration and cloud-based enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi to enable seamless cross-system data flow.

- Experience managing global service delivery teams across onshore and offshore models.

- Proven expertise in IT governance, service management (ITIL), project delivery (Agile/Waterfall), and vendor management.
