Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading B2C product company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop and execute innovative strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach new customers, improve customer engagement, and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, ensuring efficient budget allocation and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

- Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted advertising campaigns that promote new product launches and drive customer engagement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends, proactively implementing new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Manage and maintain relationships with Google representatives to leverage their expertise and resources for campaign optimization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Google Ads campaigns, driving measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and proactive communication.
