Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) at Talent xo, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales team, and leadership to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to attract top talent and expand its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, and Video networks to achieve specific ROI targets.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and ad creatives to maximize performance and efficiency.

- Analyze campaign data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance conversion rates.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and landing page content that resonates with target audiences.

- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Google Ads campaigns across various industries.

- Proven expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management.
