About the Role:
We are hiring for two Performance Marketing opportunities within a growing D2C/eCommerce business - one focused on Google Ads and the other on Meta Ads.
We are looking for data-driven Performance Marketers with strong hands-on experience in managing, optimising and scaling paid campaigns, with a clear focus on customer acquisition, ROAS and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns across acquisition, retargeting and conversion.
- Monitor and optimise ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, LTV and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with creative, content and business teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor and campaign-level analysis.
- Track and report performance using GA4, Excel/Google Sheets and relevant dashboards.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, budgets and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets with a strong focus on ROI and profitable customer acquisition.
- Exposure to Amazon Ads / marketplace performance marketing will be an added advantage.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience, preferably in D2C/eCommerce.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads or Meta Ads; experience with both is a plus.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel paid acquisition.
- Good knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, LTV and conversion optimisation.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
- Experience with a D2C brand, eCommerce business or consumer-focused company will be preferred.
- Candidates with consistent career progression and meaningful tenure in previous roles will be preferred.
