Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large budgets and driving ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth for D2C brands.
- Manage marketing budgets of 1 Cr+ monthly, ensuring optimal spend allocation and performance efficiency.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CVR.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to design high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically for D2C businesses.
- Expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven experience managing budgets of 1 Crore+ monthly with demonstrable success in scaling campaigns profitably.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign reporting, attribution, and funnel tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking).
- Excellent understanding of digital customer journeys, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Industry exposure in Fashion, Jewellery, Furniture, Beauty/Personal Care, or Consumer Goods is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
