About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with paid media channels, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and performance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms)
- Manage campaigns across various objectives such as lead generation, app installs, conversions, and e-commerce sales.
- Analyse key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and A+ content for marketplaces.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize tracking, pixels, and conversion events to ensure accurate and reliable data reporting.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, optimize spend, and scale high-performing campaigns
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance and growth marketing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Proven experience managing lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Experience managing and optimizing high advertising budgets with clear ownership of ROI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Knowledge of advanced GA4 reporting, attribution models, and funnel analysis.
- Experience in an agency or high-growth start-up environment
- Exposure to high-budget, multi-market, or multi-channel campaigns
