- Plan, execute & scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn
- Generate qualified leads across multiple business verticals
- Build high-conversion landing pages & funnels
- Execute full SEO roadmap
- Design & optimize automated email sequences
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV & Conversion Rate
- Maintain consistency & predictability in lead flow
- Competitor & keyword intelligence reporting
- Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on lead targets & pipeline growth
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 4-5 years in performance marketing & digital lead generation
- Proven experience targeting US/UK/Australia/NZ/Dubai markets
- Strong portfolio of Google & Meta campaigns
- Mandatory experience with Upwork, Fiverr & Sales Navigator
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English
- Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of cold email KPIs & deliverability metrics
- Ability to work independently on night shift
- Must have a reliable WFH setup
