Mandatory Criteria

- Need candidate having experience in Finance or Crypto Industry Only.

- Proven experience managing campaigns on both Meta and Google Ads (Search and Display).

- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Finance and Crypto brands.

- Experience handling a monthly ad budget of at least - 20 lakhs.

- Strong understanding of the domestic market in the Finance and Crypto space.

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in developing and executing strategies from Scratch.

Role Overview:


- This is a full-time, on-site performance marketing role designed for professionals who excel at planning, executing, and scaling high-performing digital campaigns within the Finance and Crypto ecosystem. The position demands a deep understanding of paid media, platform policies, tracking systems, and performance analytics. You will work extensively across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, handling everything from initial strategy to campaign execution and ongoing optimization.

- The role is highly analytical and performance-driven, requiring candidates who are comfortable working with large budgets, strict compliance guidelines, and fast-paced execution cycles. You will be directly responsible for ROI, acquisition metrics, funnel optimization, and maintaining the overall health of the campaigns. As part of the core marketing operations, you will collaborate closely with design, product, and strategy teams to create impactful campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end setup, management, and scaling of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Discovery placements, specifically tailored for Finance and Crypto clients.

- Daily Optimization & Experimentation: Conduct ongoing optimization of campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel refinement to improve CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROI.

- Advanced Tracking & Attribution: Manage pixel setups, S2S postbacks, API integrations, Google Tag Manager configurations, and attribution modeling to ensure accurate tracking of conversions across all touchpoints.

- Funnel Management for Lead Generation: Build and monitor high-performing acquisition funnels-from Click - Lead - FTD (First-Time Deposit)-to maximize conversion efficiency and lead quality.

- Landing Page CRO: Provide actionable feedback and collaborate with developers/designers to improve landing page conversion rates through UX enhancements, speed optimization, and consistent creative messaging.

- Creative Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to conceptualize and refine ad creatives, messaging, and narrative angles that resonate with Finance/Crypto audiences while meeting platform compliance norms.

- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Stay informed about advertising policy updates, especially for high-risk verticals like Crypto and Finance. Ensure campaigns meet all legal and platform-specific policies to avoid disapprovals or account restrictions.

- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards to track key metrics, generate insights, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal and client teams.

- Budget Ownership: Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from - 20-50 lakh, ensuring optimal allocation, pacing, spend control, and maximum ROI delivery across multiple campaign segments.

What We're Looking For:

- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for Finance and Crypto brands.

- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to financial advertising.

- Mastery of performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and platform-specific optimization tactics.

- Proven expertise in pixel setups, S2S tracking, CRM postbacks, attribution models, and analytical tools.

- Highly data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel, report building, and performance storytelling.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.

- Industry-recognized certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
