Job Description:
This is a performance marketing specialist role, responsible for managing and scaling PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can create, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies to drive measurable results and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run A/B tests and analyse campaign data.
- Stay updated on ad platform trends and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google and Meta
platforms.
- Past experience in running ads for international business is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics, attribution models, and ROI tracking.
- Experience with landing page tools and SEO.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
