Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Senior Performance Marketing to drive high-quality user acquisition and conversion through paid media. You'll play a critical role in scaling our digital acquisition efforts, optimizing paid campaigns, and enhancing funnel performance across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic platforms, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience.
- Optimize app install campaigns (UACs), retargeting flows, and onboarding funnels to improve user quality and LTV.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and efficiency.
- Ensure campaign compliance with regulatory guidelines, especially around financial products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing (app marketing), preferably in a B2C fintech/gaming environment.
- Proven success in managing performance campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong command of platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads, and affiliate/partner platforms.
- Familiarity with funnel optimization, remarketing strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
