We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive measurable growth across our digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns that deliver strong ROI and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).

- Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to build compelling ad assets.

- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta Ads.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills
