Reports To: Director - Growth

Position Summary:

Our Client is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own day-to-day paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Channel Management:

- Own campaign setup, execution, optimization, targeting, bidding, and budget pacing across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms.

- Monitor campaigns daily and proactively address underperformance or inefficient spend.

- Optimize toward CAC, ROAS, conversion, and subscriber quality, not just CPI or installs.

- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, campaign setup, and budget utilization.

- Execute campaigns within established brand and creative guidelines.

2. Creative Testing & Experimentation:

- Plan and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and formats.

- Identify winning creatives and audiences and scale them efficiently.

- Work with Creative and Growth teams to provide actionable performance insights.

- Use AI tools and platform-native automation to increase testing speed and creative variations.

- Maintain clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes for every test.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear optimization actions.

- Track downstream metrics including paid conversion, engagement, and return-to-watch where available.

- Provide regular performance reports to the Director - Growth.

- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and performance history.

- Use AI tools for first-level analysis and reporting while applying independent judgment to optimization decisions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Coordinate with Content around launches, promotions, and regional campaigns.

- Work with Creative teams to improve ad performance based on campaign insights.

- Partner with Brand to ensure paid creative follows brand guidelines.

- Immediately identify and escalate tracking, attribution, or platform-policy issues.

5. Platform & Market Expertise:

- Stay updated on changes across Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, bidding algorithms, and ad formats.

- Identify new opportunities across channels and propose structured tests.

- Continuously improve AI-assisted workflows for campaign management, testing, and analysis.

Key Performance Indicators:

- CAC and LTV

- ROAS

- Paying subscriber conversion and quality

- Return-to-watch and engagement of acquired users

- Creative and audience testing velocity

- Campaign tracking and execution accuracy

- Reporting and optimization turnaround time

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a performance marketer who:

- Takes ownership of campaigns from setup through optimization.

- Is focused on quality acquisition rather than vanity installs.

- Makes decisions based on data and structured experimentation.

- Is comfortable managing campaigns independently with limited supervision.

- Uses AI and automation to improve speed and performance without compromising analytical rigor.

- Understands fast-changing digital advertising platforms and consumer acquisition funnels.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.

- Experience managing campaigns hands-on across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Programmatic advertising experience is a plus.

- Experience in OTT, entertainment, consumer subscription, media, or high-volume consumer businesses preferred.

- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.

- Experience with GA4, AppsFlyer, or equivalent attribution/analytics platforms.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Practical experience running structured A/B tests.

- Experience using AI tools or agents for creative variations, copy generation, campaign analysis, or workflow automation.

- Understanding of subscription/recurring revenue funnels is preferred.
