Role Overview:
Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (24 years) who lives and breathes Meta & Google Ads, understands CAC/ROAS math, and thrives in an experimental, data-driven environment.
Youll own campaigns that convert discovery into love and repeat purchases working closely with the founder and a passionate growth team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance KPIs across the funnel: Website/App Conversions, CAC, ROAS, MAU, DAU, Retention & Purchase Cohorts
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other emerging platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, Programmatic, Apple)
- Take accountability for spends, traffic, ROAS, and conversions
- Use analytical insights to drive continuous campaign optimization and budget efficiency
- Work with creative & design teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Identify trends, new audience cohorts, and growth experiments to unlock performance
- Plan and execute brand & collection launches with targeted acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders & agency partners to align marketing with business objectives
- Execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and cohort analysis to improve conversion and retention
Who You Are:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing at consumer internet, D2C, or digital agency environments
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset comfortable analyzing CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV metrics
- Creative eye for ad copy, visuals, and storytelling that converts
- Eager to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelors degree (B.Tech / BBA / Marketing or related field preferred)
