Role Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of a client for two exciting opportunities in Gurgaon: D2C Performance Marketing Google Ads and D2C Performance Marketing Meta Ads. Were looking for data-driven performance marketers with strong hands-on experience in scaling D2C/eCommerce paid campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
What were looking for:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Experience in managing and optimising full-funnel paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV and conversion optimisation
- Experience in D2C/eCommerce performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting
- Exposure to Amazon Ads or marketplace performance will be an added advantage
