About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to own and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and UAC. This is a high-impact role focused on user acquisition, campaign optimization, and ROI growth in a fast-paced B2C tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Setup & Execution

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, UAC)

- Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and execution

2. Performance Optimization

- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI

- Identify performance gaps and implement data-backed improvements

3. Analytics & Reporting

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics & dashboards

- Share actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency

4. Experimentation & Growth

- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

- Drive scalable growth strategies through experimentation

5. Technical Troubleshooting

- Resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and disapprovals

- Work with Google Tag Manager & tracking tools

6. Collaboration & Strategy

- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams

- Stay updated on industry trends & competitor strategies

7. Automation & Efficiency

- Use Google Scripts / automation tools to improve campaign efficiency

Must Have (Strict Criteria)

- 3-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing (B2C Tech / Digital Products)

- Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)

- Strong understanding of campaign optimization metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)

- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

- Proven experience in campaign setup, execution, and reporting

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

Candidate Fit (Important)

- Must be from B2C tech product companies or digital marketing agencies handling B2C tech clients

- Avoid candidates from pure e-commerce / marketplace / aggregator models

- Strong stability (minimum 2 years per role preferred)
