About the Role:
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for our client, a leading digital marketing agency based in Gurugram. This role is not execution-heavy and focuses primarily on leading and mentoring a team of performance marketers while driving strategy and growth across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will oversee performance planning, guide channel specialists, and ensure strong business outcomes across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of performance marketers, ensuring smooth execution across multiple brands.
- Drive end-to-end performance strategy, including acquisition, retention, and revenue optimisation across Meta & Google.
- Oversee campaign performance, guide optimisation decisions, and ensure ROI-led outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to address brand-level challenges and meet growth objectives.
- Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements:
- 2-7 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency setup with prior team-handling exposure.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and key performance channels (strategy-first mindset over execution).
- Strong analytical approach with comfort in reading dashboards, metrics, and growth data.
- Ability to handle multiple brands, manage expectations, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
