About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Demand Manager Growth to spearhead customer acquisition and demand-generation strategies for our premium real estate projects. This is a pivotal role focused on driving qualified lead volume, improving marketing ROI, and ensuring brand presence translates into business outcomes. As part of the Growth team, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to strategize, implement, and optimize high-impact campaigns across digital and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy for multiple luxury real estate projects.

- Build and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, native platforms, and offline media.

- Own the performance marketing funnelfrom impression to conversionand drive continuous optimizations to improve CPL and ROAS.

- Collaborate with branding, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with the brand narrative.

- Analyze data to uncover trends, customer insights, and campaign performance for decision-making.

- Forecast and report weekly/monthly demand metrics to leadership.

- Identify new growth channels, tools, and partnerships that could unlock new demand streams.

- Align marketing initiatives with sales feedback and CRM analytics for cohesive demand planning.


Qualifications & Experience:


- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in real estate, luxury, or high-ticket B2C segments.

- Proven track record in managing large digital media budgets and optimizing for performance.

- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM dashboards, and performance platforms.

- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Real estate marketing experience or exposure to lead-based businesses is highly desirable.
