About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, native platforms, and offline media.
- Own the performance marketing funnelfrom impression to conversionand drive continuous optimizations to improve CPL and ROAS.
- Collaborate with branding, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with the brand narrative.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, customer insights, and campaign performance for decision-making.
- Forecast and report weekly/monthly demand metrics to leadership.
- Identify new growth channels, tools, and partnerships that could unlock new demand streams.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales feedback and CRM analytics for cohesive demand planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in managing large digital media budgets and optimizing for performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM dashboards, and performance platforms.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Real estate marketing experience or exposure to lead-based businesses is highly desirable.
