About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager - Performance Marketing to lead digital acquisition and growth for a fast-growing D2C wellness brand. This role will be responsible for scaling paid marketing channels, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong ROI and efficiency metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels

- Manage and optimize acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC

- Own digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels

- Monitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, and contribution margins

- Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign experimentation

- Collaborate with creative, product, retention, and analytics teams to drive growth initiatives

- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging digital trends

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in performance marketing within D2C or Ecommerce

- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

- Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and attribution platforms

- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
