Performance Marketing Manager
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through high-performance paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and a strong working knowledge of Google Ads.
Role Responsibilities
- Meta Ads Ownership: Lead the end-to-end execution of Meta campaigns, scaling them profitably while maintaining target CAC and ROAS. Develop full-funnel strategies-including prospecting, retargeting, and retention-and conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Google Ads Management: Manage Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns, driving intent-based acquisition through effective keyword and bidding strategies. Optimize campaign performance regarding conversions, CTR, and CPA, while aligning Google strategy with Meta for comprehensive full-funnel coverage.
- Performance & Analytics: Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking across key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate. Identify funnel leakages and build dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Budget & Scaling: Efficiently manage and allocate monthly ad spend, identify scale opportunities without compromising profitability, and drive experimentation with new audiences and formats.
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance landing page performance, improve conversion rates across the customer journey, and optimize attribution models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, supply chain, and operations teams to align marketing messaging and campaigns with business goals and inventory.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong, demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads (mandatory).
- Solid working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Experience in D2C or consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
