About the Role:

Were looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead growth across Meta & Google Ads. If you're passionate about CAC, ROAS, and scaling D2C campaigns profitably this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute & scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows budgeting, audience segmentation, creative briefing, performance tracking

- Monitor key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate

- Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages

- Analyze and report campaign performance and insights

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and content teams

- Stay ahead with platform trends and growth hacks

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce/D2C campaigns with positive ROI

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Excel/Sheets

- Strong grasp of campaign structuring, media planning & budget handling

- Prior experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle brands is a plus

- Open to relocating to Mumbai (Bandra) for future in-office role
