
Position: Performance Marketing Manager (D2C Supplements)
Overall Experience: 4 - 7 years
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days from Office
Notice Period: 30 Days (Maximum)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own paid performance across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels, personally running and optimizing campaigns.
- Manage the D2C online sales channels and online business end-to-end, driving online revenue and growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize against CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
- Manage budget allocation and pacing, scale what works, cut what doesn't.
- Run creative and audience testing to improve conversion efficiency.
- Own the full funnel beyond the ad, from landing page through conversion to repeat purchase, applying D2C playbooks for funnel design, retention, and repeat purchase.
- Oversee CRM and customer lifecycle management, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build messaging around the supplements buyer journey: trust, ingredients, efficacy, and subscriptions.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue impact.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong in-house D2C Performance Marketing profile with hands-on paid acquisition and full online-business ownership.
- Must have 4+ years of hands-on D2C performance marketing, personally running campaigns and managing the online business end-to-end.
- Must have personally driven 4 crore+ in online revenue for a D2C brand, with verifiable numbers.
- Must own the full funnel beyond the ad, with strong CRM and customer lifecycle management expertise.
- Must have experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category, ideally in supplements or nutraceuticals.
- Must be brand-side or in-house only, having owned a brand's budget and P&L impact directly.
- Must have a stable career history, with 2+ years at a single D2C brand.
- Must have hands-on expertise running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
