Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Working Mode: WFO, (5.5 Days with Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Overview:

Were seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI across digital channels. You will be responsible for building and scaling paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and othersensuring every rupee spent brings maximum return.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Own and execute the performance marketing roadmap across all paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, etc.)

- Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance budgets aligned with revenue targets.

Campaign Management:

- End-to-end management of campaigns: set-up, optimization, A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.

- Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics across channels.

- Collaborate with creative and brand teams for ad creatives that resonate with our premium audience.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Set up dashboards and reports to track key KPIs using tools like GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.

- Conduct performance deep-dives and share actionable insights to improve results.

Customer Segmentation & Retargeting:

- Strategically build prospecting and retargeting funnels.

- Leverage customer data for segmented targeting and personalized ad experiences.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with brand, tech, and eCommerce teams to align performance marketing with overall growth strategy.

- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if needed.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or eCommerce setup.

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and analytics platforms.

- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with healthy ROAS in the fashion/lifestyle category.

- Deep understanding of customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel optimization.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a bias for experimentation.

- Experience in luxury/premium segments is a strong plus.
