Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization - Set up and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and new platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) - Maintain a clean and scalable account structure across prospecting and retargeting funnels - Monitor performance regularly, adjusting bids, budgets, and audiences to optimize results - Use platform tools to test, learn, and iterate toward performance goals Ad Copywriting & Creative Deployment - Write high-quality ad copy including headlines, primary text, descriptions, and CTAs - Select and deploy appropriate assets from a pool of images, videos, and carousels across campaigns - Ensure creative and copy choices are aligned with brand tone and performance objectives Reporting & Insights - Track and analyze campaign performance using BI tools such as Looker Studio and BigQuery - Summarize key results and learnings for internal reviews and creative feedback loops - Identify performance trends across audiences, placements, and formats Platform & Channel Knowledge - Stay up to date with ad platform changes, policies, and best practices - Understand the mechanics of how different ad systems (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) operate - Support the rollout of new channels, campaign types, and experiments as part of broader growth initiatives Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles, preferably in a D2C or consumer-facing environment - Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Performance Max and Search campaigns - Experience writing copy for digital ads across multiple formats and objectives - Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and campaign analysis - Strong skills in Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar BI/reporting tools - Understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution logic
