Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
1. Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and more.
2. Set and own monthly and quarterly performance KPIs - CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention goals.
3. Work closely with the CGO to align paid strategy with brand, content, and CRM plans.
Execution & Optimization
1. Lead day-to-day campaign management and optimization across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
2. Implement rigorous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bids.
3. Optimize for scalability and profitability - balancing acquisition cost with lifetime value.
4. Manage ad budgets, pacing, and efficiency across channels.
Creative Strategy & Coordination
1. Partner with the design and content teams to build thumb-stopping ad creatives.
2. Brief creative teams using data-backed insights on what's working (and what's not).
3. Test new hooks, messaging, and formats regularly (UGCs, reels, testimonials, etc.).
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution
1. Own marketing dashboards and attribution - use GA4, Meta, Google Data Studio, Shopify Analytics, etc.
2. Set up event tracking, pixels, and funnel analytics with precision.
3. Present weekly and monthly reports with insights and action plans for performance improvement.
Team & Vendor Management
1. Manage internal executives and/or external agencies for campaign execution.
2. Evaluate and onboard new growth tools, affiliate networks, and ad-tech partners.
3. Train junior marketers in campaign hygiene, reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
