We are hiring for a growing D2C Brand based out of Mumbai (Lower Parel) for the performance Marketing Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTube.
2. Drive high-quality traffic to the website, focused on ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion goals.
- Develop and manage retargeting campaigns and customer funnels to maximize acquisition and repeat purchase.
3. Ensure robust tracking across all campaigns using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
4. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad assets and landing pages.
5. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to continually improve results.
6. Stay on top of platform updates, ad policies, and competitive benchmarks.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly, offering clear insights and recommendations.
7. Manage budgets and recommend scaling opportunities based on data-driven insights.
