We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns that drive measurable growth, revenue, and ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign experience, and an ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Execution:


- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Affiliate networks.


- Develop full-funnel strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.


- Own A/B and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.


Analytics & Optimization:


- Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.


- Track and improve key KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and ROI.


- Collaborate with BI/analytics teams to set up dashboards, tracking, and attribution models.


Budget & Forecasting:


- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize performance.


- Forecast spend and performance outcomes based on historical data and market conditions.


- Ensure pacing accuracy and oversee monthly/quarterly performance reviews.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.


- Partner with Product, CRM, and Growth teams to optimize user journeys.


- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed.


Tools & Technology:


- Use platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, and marketing automation tools.


- Support implementation of tracking, pixels, conversions, and event-based measurement.
