Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative team for engaging ad visuals and messaging.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Provide detailed campaign performance reports to clients and internal teams.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and campaign spends efficiently.
- Optimize KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (PPC, SEO, SEM).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred.
