About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth journey for our premium apparel brand.
This role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximizing ROI through data-driven performance marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in fashion e-commerce and has successfully scaled website-led revenue to 50 Cr+ with strong ROAS outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, display, affiliates, and CRM-driven campaigns.
- Optimize paid media campaigns to consistently deliver ROAS of 4+ and drive sustained growth.
Revenue & Growth
- Own the mandate of scaling website revenue to 50 Cr+ annually with clear accountability on ROI.
- Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through performance-driven digital strategies.
Analytics & Optimization
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to maximize conversions.
- Track, measure, and report performance metrics, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with brand, product, and merchandising teams to align campaign messaging and promotions.
- Work closely with tech/product teams to enhance the user journey, website performance, and conversion rates.
Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging digital tools.
- Bring innovative performance marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the premium apparel segment.
What Were Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in premium apparel / fashion e-commerce.
- Proven experience in scaling website revenue to 50 Cr+ through performance marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, and CRM campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, adept at conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Prior exposure to super-premium or bridge-to-luxury brands (not mass market) is highly preferred.
