Data-obsessed Indian unicorns & soonicorns are looking for a world-class Performance Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to own and scale their paid acquisition channels. You will be given a significant budget and the autonomy to build and optimize high-performance campaigns across multiple platforms. If you live and breathe data, A/B testing, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), this is your dream role.
What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):
- Own Paid Channels: Develop, manage, and scale large-budget performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and others.
- Maximize ROAS: Take full ownership of the performance marketing budget, with a relentless focus on optimizing for key metrics like CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
- Advanced Optimization: Implement advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and landing page optimization to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Deep Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis into campaign data to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and inform future strategy.
- Reporting & Strategy: Build and maintain performance dashboards and report on key metrics to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations for growth.
What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep Channel Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms is a must. Experience with other channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Highly Analytical: Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis. You must be an expert in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with marketing analytics tools, tracking pixels (GTM), and collaborating with data teams. SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
- Data-Driven: A purely data-driven mindset, where every decision is backed by rigorous analysis and testing.
