The Role: What You'll Do
We're looking for a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Lead to lead our digital acquisition and paid media growth efforts across multiple channels. You'll manage end-to-end performance marketing operations - from campaign strategy and execution to tracking, optimization, and reporting - driving measurable business impact and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize all paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies to drive conversions, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM strategy, and attribution models) to ensure accurate performance data.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to aggregate performance metrics into internal dashboards and automate regular reporting.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies to manage media buying, creative strategy, and budget pacing across global campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and conversion flows.
- Analyze ROI across channels, report insights to leadership, and reallocate spend based on efficiency and performance trends.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, bidding strategies, and measurement frameworks to ensure Ultrahuman stays ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2C or D2C environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven success managing large-scale ad budgets across Google, Meta, and emerging channels.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and campaign attribution tools.
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or internal BI tools) for performance tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and optimization.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies, freelancers, or ad tech partners.
- Prior experience with consumer electronics preferred
