The ideal candidate is a performance-focused marketer who combines strong analytical capabilities with creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems. You will be responsible for scaling campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes - driving growth, improving ROI, and optimizing the brand's presence across multiple digital touchpoints.

The role demands a strong balance of analytical rigor, creative experimentation, and operational excellence - ideal for someone who enjoys blending data with storytelling to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid marketing platforms to achieve key growth and revenue goals.

- Develop data-driven media plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

- Work cross-functionally with the product, design, and retention teams to improve the end-to-end marketing funnel, from the first touchpoint to conversion and beyond.

- Partner with the retention and CRM teams to align acquisition campaigns with retention strategies, ensuring a cohesive and scalable customer journey.

- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) to analyze performance data, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.

- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in the digital marketing space, proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports that clearly communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to leadership teams.

- Drive a culture of experimentation by constantly exploring new ad formats, audience segments, and growth tactics to push campaign performance boundaries.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or startup environments where scaling campaigns efficiently is key.

- Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with experience on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic display being an added advantage.

- Analytical Mindset: Deep analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and performance attribution. You should have a strong command over data interpretation, funnel analytics, and attribution modeling to connect marketing metrics with business results.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define long-term growth strategies while maintaining attention to tactical execution details. You should be capable of balancing experimentation with predictable performance delivery.

- Creative Collaboration: A creative and collaborative mindset, working closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ads, landing pages, and messaging that align with brand tone and drive conversions.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other digital analytics or attribution tools. Working knowledge of tag management, UTM tracking, and pixel implementation is a plus.

- Budget Management: Experience in planning, forecasting, and managing marketing budgets, with the ability to maximize results within defined spending limits.

- Optimization Expertise: Proven record of scaling campaigns, reducing acquisition costs, and increasing ROAS through structured testing and optimization.

- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and reporting abilities, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

- Leadership & Ownership: A proactive self-starter who can take full ownership of performance outcomes, mentor junior marketers, and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications;

- Prior experience in multi-channel growth marketing, encompassing paid social, search, display, video, and affiliate campaigns.

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page A/B testing, and funnel optimization strategies.

- Exposure to marketing automation, CRM tools, and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
