Role: Performance Marketing Lead
Location: Gurgaon
Working Mode: WFO, (5.5 Days with Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive the brand's paid growth across all digital channels. This role is responsible for full-funnel media strategy, campaign execution, optimisation, and delivering efficient CAC and strong ROAS while building scalable acquisition and retention engines. You will manage large monthly budgets, run rapid experiments, and work closely with brand, growth, creative, and product teams to deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own Paid Media Across Channels
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, Programmatic
- Own daily performance dashboards (CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, AOV, LTV)
- Ensure channel efficiency and profitable scaling at all times
2. Full-Funnel Strategy & Optimisation
- Build upper-funnel + mid-funnel + performance-led campaigns
- Rapidly test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and targeting frameworks
- Manage remarketing, retention, and cross-sell funnels
3. Creative Strategy & Testing
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to build high-performance ad creatives
- Run structured A/B tests across formats (UGC, motion, product films, seasonal edits)
- Share insights on hooks, messaging, and visuals driving maximum impact
4. Website & Conversion Alignment
- Partner with CRO / Growth to align landing pages and funnels
- Improve conversion rates via insights from traffic behaviour
- Implement UTM frameworks, attribution models, and funnel tracking
5. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Own monthly media planning
- Forecast spends needed to achieve revenue goals
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Build structured reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance
- Use data tools (GA4, Ads Manager, Looker, etc.) for deep insights
- Track cohorts, ROAS trends, and channel-wise contribution
- Lead quarterly growth sprints with clearly defined hypotheses & outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (D2C preferred)
- Deep expertise in Meta + Google ecosystem
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience managing high budgets with proven ROAS/CAC discipline
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, brand, CRM, and product teams
- Fast learner with a bias for action, speed, and testing
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or similar industries is a plus
