Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our B2C marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- You will collaborate closely with the product, technology, and analytics teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your work will directly impact our customer base by ensuring they are aware of and can easily access our financial products, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and affiliate networks, to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to improve the user experience and optimize the customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and FinTech to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution and optimal performance.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance and progress.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the FinTech landscape and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2C performance marketing, preferably within the FinTech industry.
