We are mandated to hire for a performance marketing role for a fast growing consumer tech company to drive growth, scale user acquisition and optimise ROI across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic etc.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience creation, targeting strategies, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, and funnel drop-offs.
- Conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, audience sets, and ad formats to improve campaign efficiency.
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and work with product teams to improve conversion rates and retention.
- Identify new channels, formats, and growth experiments to drive scalable user acquisition and lower CAC.
Experience: 4+ years, preferably in performance marketing roles
