Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead with 4-6 years of experience to own and execute our growth strategy.


The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meta ad campaigns and a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets on key performance indicators like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value).


This role is crucial for driving scalable growth by combining creative strategy with a data-first approach to optimize our entire marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy: Drive scalable growth by owning and executing all Meta ad campaigns. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets for CAC, ROAS, and LTV by strategically managing ad spend and audience targeting.

- Creative & Funnel Optimization: Lead all creative testing initiatives to ensure our ads are engaging and effective. You will be responsible for building and optimizing high-converting customer journeys from the initial ad click to the final checkout.

- Data-Driven Performance Management: Build and maintain performance dashboards to monitor campaign health in real time. You will conduct rigorous A/B tests and extract actionable insights from data to continuously improve campaign efficiency and overall return on investment.

Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in performance marketing.

- Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in Meta ads and experience running full-funnel performance campaigns.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using various performance management tools.

- Strategic Thinking: The ability to balance creative storytelling with a strong focus on achieving a high ROI.
