About the Role:
The Performance Marketing Lead will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is tasked with driving scalable, cost-efficient customer acquisition and revenue through Meta ads.
This role is crucial for our Day Zero D2C skincare brand and involves building full-funnel performance campaigns that balance storytelling with strong ROI.
This is a new role created to address the business challenge of optimizing customer acquisition and enhancing revenue streams through strategic performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Scalable Growth: Own and execute Meta ad campaigns to achieve targets on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Creative & Funnel Optimization: Lead creative testing and build high-converting customer journeys from ad to checkout.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Build dashboards, run A/B tests, and extract insights to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta ads and full-funnel performance campaigns.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance management tools.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with achieving strong ROI
