InCommon is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead on behalf of The Ayurveda Experience.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to optimize ROI and meet business goals.
- Leverage digital marketing analytics to improve campaign targeting and measure performance.
- Play a key role in customer acquisition, boosting conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop (through the content & Advertising team) and oversee overall performance marketing strategy.
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising).
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO).
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.
- Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy.
- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Marketing.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Analytical mind.
- Should be from a TOP School such as IIT, BITS, /NIT if from Tech, or IIM, ISB, MDI and the likes.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend.
- Email marketing platforms.
- Self-driven.
- Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent.
