Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the monthly performance marketing budget to achieve revenue targets profitably.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels, while meeting ROAS benchmarks.
- Strategically scale marketing budgets (20-25% MoM) without compromising ROAS or overall campaign performance.
- Closely monitor and control key performance metrics like CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, and CVR to drive channel efficiency.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments focused on creative variations, audience expansion, and new market segments.
- Collaborate with creative, web, and analytics teams to enhance performance metrics such as AOV, CVR, and landing page conversions.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, generate weekly reports, and develop scaling playbooks for structured growth.
- Perform LTV:CAC analysis to uncover new optimization and efficiency opportunities.
- Oversee campaign pacing, offer strategy, and monthly planning to prevent mid-cycle underperformance or overspend.
- Align performance strategies with inventory levels, category trends, and product priorities.
- Work directly with leadership to ensure marketing efforts are driving profitable growth in line with overall business objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to scale paid media budgets while maintaining strong ROAS
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and other attribution tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and BI tools like Looker
- Clear understanding of how marketing performance impacts the P&L.
- Experience in creative testing, audience targeting, and bidding strategy experimentation
- Background in D2C or high AOV industries
- Proven track record of leading performance marketing teams and working cross-functionally.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with offline-to-online marketing integrations and influencer-to-paid funnel strategies
- Exposure to retention marketing channels (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp), affiliate marketing, or growth operations
- Experience in fashion, bridal, ethnicwear, or other high-consideration shopping categories.
