Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the performance marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns. - Strategize and manage paid media campaigns acros Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. - Optimize campaigns based on data insights fro Google Analytics and other tracking tools. - Driv customer acquisition, retention, and ROI-focused marketing strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with busines goals.
