Our client is a leading Delhi NCR based- brand within the Personal Care industry, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Performance Marketing Expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing, delivering successful Facebook campaigns, and optimizing ROAS. Responsibilities - Develop and manage highly effective Facebook campaigns that meet client objectives and achieve target ROAS - Deploy, manage and optimize budgets above 1 Cr to ensure maximum returns on investment - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing experts who can deliver results - Analyze campaign data and provide insights, actionable recommendations for optimization to maximize results - Collaborate with other cross-functional teams like creative, analytics, and client servicing to ensure smooth campaign implementation - Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them.
