Performance Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

- Position serves as a key strategy driver to enhance the Digital platform for the organization and its customers.

- We're looking for passionate Performance Marketing expert.

- Deliver the topline growth of the website business by Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads

- Hands on with fair amount of expertise in SMM and SEM

- Own data analytics of all marketing initiatives - performance, SEO, Content and product; create reporting dashboards and provide insights to the team.

- Own the retention marketing - Implement CRM and drive engagements , conversions and repeat purchases through Whatsapp, Email and other communication tools.

- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on seamless tracking and funnel optimisation

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, paid marketing campaigns.

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

- Understand User Experience and able to innovate & improvise on Frontend aspects

Qualifications and Skill:

- MBA/ PG with 5+ years of marketing experience with leading Brands/Ecommerce platforms.

- Experience in creating, executing and scaling marketing programs and SEO

- Experience in leading a team of performance marketers

- Hands-on experience with analytics tools/platforms like GA4, MixPanel, Metabase etc

- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, having focused experience in paid marketing campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.

- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.

- Strong communicator, Adaptable, Analytical and a strong eye for details.

- Ability to create innovative marketing programs and/or partnerships to drive user growth

Experience in Amazon Ads will be an advantage
