About the Company
Xneeti is a new age tech platform that empowers Indian brands to grow in international markets. Xneeti is a seed funded startup covered by known publishing houses such as VCcircle. We're seeking a Growth Manager who can drive sales performance on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and lead our brand or client portfolio toward sustainable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ad Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and new customer growth.
Sales Funnel Ownership:
- Design and iterate full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages tailored to US consumer behavior.
Creative & Messaging Direction:
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop scroll-stopping creatives and A/B test variations that drive click-throughs and conversions.
Audience & Pixel Management:
- Build custom and lookalike audiences using Meta Pixel data, server-side tracking, and CRM integrations to improve targeting accuracy and retargeting performance.
Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Own monthly ad budgets and deliver weekly pacing reports, campaign insights, and forecasts aligned with revenue goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards; translate insights into actionable growth plans.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of proven experience running Meta ads or DTC clients. Prior experience managing campaigns for the US market will be considered a strong advantage.
- MBA from a tier 1 college is a must
- Strong command of metrics like CTR, CPM, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV.
- Demonstrated success in scaling Meta spend from $10K to $100K+ monthly while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time zone collaboration skills.
