Performance Marketing & E-commerce Marketplace Manager
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Analyze data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL).
- Own the entire paid media funnel-creative testing, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and attribution tracking.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting creatives and ad copies.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and third-party attribution tools.
E-commerce Marketplace Management:
- Manage product listings, A+ content, pricing strategies, and catalog optimization across key marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Monitor and improve search visibility and organic ranking using keyword optimization, sponsored ads, and backend SEO.
- Coordinate with fulfillment and operations teams to maintain inventory health and timely dispatches.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.).
- Track sales performance, conversions, and returns to develop actionable improvement plans.

- Marketplace GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)
- Ad Conversion Rates
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
